    A Grand Day Out is a 1989 stop-motion animated film by directed, co-written, and animated by Nick Park. The 23 minute short features the beloved characters Wallace and Gromit, and follows the pair as they construct a rocket in their basement, then use it to fly to the moon to get some cheese. (Everyone knows the moon is made of cheese, right?)

    Hard to believe it, but here we are posting out 150th episode! This week, we repeat our format from the 100th episode, and talk about things related to the number 150.

  • Barbie

    Barbie is a musical fantasy comedy movie by director Greta Gerwig. In the film, Barbie, played by Margot Robbie, has an existential crisis, and travels to the real world to try to solve her dilemma. Ken, played by Ryan Gosling, joins her along the way, and discovers that life in the real world is quite different than in Barbieland. The movie is silly, funny, and has a lot to say about the societies in which we live.
